I've create a node.js based 'theme sync tool' that should be capable of running on any OS that supports node, i.e., Mac OS X, Windows, Linux, SunOS, and apparently iOS! I originally posted this in Shopify APIs and Technology ( original), but I think Shopify Apps is more appropriate, so I'm posting here as well.
